Leith H. Campbell, Managing Editor

Dr Leith Campbell is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University. He has spent more than 40 years in the telecommunications industry, both in research and development and as an international consultant on telecommunications regulation. He is the Managing Editor of this Journal.
